You have access to the balcony from the living room and 3 bedrooms. The interior of Fermin is very luxurious with focus on minor details. The inside is light with a modern atmosphere. Fermin disposes of a a splendid view the Mediterranean Sea. You have to your disposal terraces. You find the swimming pool at the frontside of your villa. You reach the swimming pool through stairs downside. Here you can fully enjoy the Spanish sun and outdoor life. Fermin has disposal of a permanent stone bbq . This holdiay residence is very suitable for families .

Serra Brava
This quiet residential villa area is situated in the green hills along the coast between Lloret de Mar (at 1.5 km) and Tossa de Mar. Because this area was build in the hills, it offers you a marvelous view over the green hills of the Costa Brava and the Mediterranian Sea. The urbanisation has several communal pools, tennis courts and a restaurant. The sandy beaches of Canyelles are found at approx. 3 kilometers.

Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 23) are not allowed in this holiday residence.
