There is private swimming pool which is beautifully maintained. The nearest amenity is about 6 kilometers and so a car is required. Bed rooms are provided with television apart from DVD music player, internet connection. If one desires outdoor sports, there is fishing, cycling, horse riding and other water sports. The rent is Pounds 1,000 per week during low season and Pounds 5,500 during high season. The rent includes maid’s service charges but electricity charges are extra.

This self catering villa which has been recently built is located at a strategic position overlooking the village Fermetara and is the ideal place for a full view of nature’s beauty. This two bedroom apartment is appropriate for six persons. The villa is fully air conditioned. Bath room has all the amenities. A private swimming pool is available for relaxation. Kitchen has all the gadgets for peaceful cooking.
Provision for outdoor sports includes cycling, tennis and other water sports. The Guardamar Del Segura beach is just 4 kilometers away. Shopping area is just about 0.2 kilometers from the villa. It is suitable for people of all ages. The owner does not intend allowing animals. Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. The rental is stunningly low; it varies from Pounds 135 to165 per week, depending on the period of visit.
