Cordoba is definitely a place for gourmets; the cuisine is spectacular, with dozens of traditional dishes which nourish all your senses. The cold soups are perfect throughout the hot season, being the refreshing element that you need. The Jamon, which is actually ham and the sausages are local specialties, so you will find a lot of types containing different ingredients.
