Cala Banys
Cala Banys is a little piece of paradise on the Spanish coast.
This unspoilt beach near Lloret de Mar is perfect for fishing and for holidaymakers who want to avoid the crowds.
A romantic cove
This is the kind of little heavenly cove that attracts holidaymakers to the Costa Brava. Just a few minutes from Lloret de Mar, but far from the madding crowd, Cala Banys is a place you simply cannot miss. Between parties, you can enjoy the sunshine in a quiet location.
Located between the beach at Fenals and Lloret beach, Cala Banys can be reached on foot from the centre of town, walking along the seafront. Beneath a thick pine forest and a castle worthy of Walt Disney, discover a cove that is around 50 metres long.
This wild and rocky place is the most romantic spot for a day at the beach as a couple! At the end of the day, you can have a drink looking out to sea from the terrace of the Bar Cala Banys that overlooks the cove. If you take the steps to the south, you will reach the viewing area dedicated to the painter Joan Llaverias, from where you will have a breathtaking view over the Mediterranean. Enjoy a romantic moment in Lloret de Mar
A paradise for fishing and diving
As there is no sand, it is not really recommended for sunbathing. Cala Banys is first and foremost one of the best places in Lloret de Mar for fishing and diving with a mask and tube (snorkelling). You will find a wide variety of rockfish, sea urchins and in general remarkable subaquatic flora and fauna.
