Escape to the Costa de la Luz for some winter sunshine

The Costa de la Luz is an ideal destination to spend your holidays. Among others, for the quality of its beaches, some of which are kilometer, and others tiny. But also for its excellent climate, even in winter, and especially for the huge opportunity for recreation that offers you this coastline bathed by the waters of the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. Doñana, natural treasure. Between Huelva and Cadiz, near famous beaches such as Matalascañas, is the Doñana National Park, declared a biosphere reserve by UNESCO and one of the most important natural areas in Europe. You can see thousands of migratory birds that nest each year in these places. Animals in danger of extinction, such as the Iberian lynx or the imperial eagle, live there. During the walk, you will cross dunes, marshes, lakes, forests of Mediterranean vegetation … an excursion not to be missed.
You can also take the opportunity to know Sanlúcar de Barrameda and to swim on one of its beaches, like that of Bajo de Guía, where in August are held the famous horse races, declared holidays of interest international tourist.
Beachfront Golf. Are you planning to learn or improve your favorite sport on seaside golf courses? Do not hesitate, come and do it on the Costa de la Luz. This area has world-renowned facilities, which have even hosted such prestigious tournaments as the Ryder Cup. A short distance separates land with very different routes. Tarifa, mecca of windsurfing .. The beaches of Tarifa, in the province of Cadiz, are the place chosen by thousands of people from many countries to practice windsurfing and kitesurfing. Come take a walk on the beach of Valdevaqueros or Los Lances, and enjoy the show.
