Madrid is the capital of Spain which offers a fast pace of life to all with its diverse offerings that may be daunting to many unless you learn how to handle this city’s offerings. There are always happenings at Madrid.

Barcelona has much to offer in terms of its Gaudi architecture. It has a vibrant life that needs the right energy to tap on.

Granada may be a smaller city than Madrid and Barcelona but there are lots to discover with its Moorish architecture like the Alhambra fortress and the Moroccan tea houses.

Cordoba offers an impressive Moorish Mequita or mosque as its main attraction. This magnificent architecture was built up during the Moorish occupation. However, there is also a Jewish quarter that resides in Cordoba that is full of history and culture.

Santiago de Compostela boasts of its St. James cathedral as the oldest and most beautiful all over Spain. Its lush greenery is amazing and worth seeing.

Last but not least, Salamanca is just a 2.5 hour ride from Madrid. This university town is very beautiful with uniform sandstone architecture that gives a good feeling to all who visit.
