La Cinuelica
La Cinuelica is a very pleasant urbanization south of Torrevieja where thousands of people live together in a very relaxed community. When all the work was done (the houses, the gardens, the parks, even the swimming pools), a president and two members of the committee representing the residents of the urbanization were in charge to verify the quality of the project.
As they were happy about the entire work, they were handed over the community, so everything belonging to it became their responsibility. If you live in such a place, you should know that you are not allowed to do any changes to your property without the agreement of the entire community, not even if you just want to change the color of your gates. It is true that the rules in such a community are strict but everyone says that the life you live there does not compare to any other type of life.
