What You Must Carry to The Beaches in Spain
Spain is a paradise for those who want to spend beach holidays. With unlimited stretches of beautiful coastline of Costa Brava or Costa Blanca, tourists from all over the world come to Spain in order to enjoy its beaches.
Beaches of Spain are special attraction because of Spain’s perfect climate and sun shining all year round. It is important that you get fully prepared for you beach trip to Spain. You must know what to carry and what not in order to make your vacations on beach memorable.
WATER AND SNACKS – It is important to carry drinking water and some snacks to munch while travelling to beach in Spain during summers. Though Spanish beaches are filled with bars and cafés, you can still carry cold water in a thermal flask so that there is no danger of you getting dehydrated.
If you are going to stay long on the beach, it is important that you carry snacks as well so that hunger does not spoil you mood. Though you can purchase both water and snacks from bars and cafés, the price is not worth paying.
UMBRELLA –a beach umbrella is a good option if you’re planning to spend a long time on beach. It is unusual to find shade on beach naturally so it is important that you get one for yourself. It will provide protection against harmful UV rays.
TOWELS OR BLANKETS – adding towels and blankets will allow you to enjoy its warmth sometime. Sometimes the sand can be quite hot and so you can use a blanket and then lie over the sand. Towels are also important to clean the sweat from your face otherwise the sand may get accumulated and harm your skin.
HAT – a hat is a good weapon to keep your face away from tanning. The hat will not only protect your face but it will also provide shade to your neck and head. Though a small amount of sun is healthy but too much of it can cause sunburns, heat strokes and skin cancer also. In case you feel dizzy, ask people to help you and go for a medical checkup.
SUN BLOCK – sun block is the most important element if you are going for beach vacation in Spain. With sun block on your skin you can enjoy playing and sunbathing on the beach. Sun block protects you from harmful UV rays and thus reduces chances of skin cancer and other harmful diseases.
