Your holiday villa near Calonge

Carmina is located in the quiet urbanization of Mas Pere, with beautiful views to the mountains. In its garden y pool area you can relax and enjoy the summer with maximum privacy. With a constructed area of 130 m2, the house is distributed over two floors.

The house is accessed from the main floor where we find the living room and dining room, equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom with shower. 

From the living room and kitchen there is access to a pleasant terrace with a stone barbecue.

On the ground floor, with access from the outside, there is a studio with a living room, a bedroom and a kitchenette all in one room; there is also a bathroom with shower. From this level there is access to the pool area and garden.

You can park your car in the street.

The Costa Brava is one of the most beautiful coastal areas of our country, a small paradise that has it all: dreamlike landscapes, incredible beaches and coves, beautiful villages, medieval monuments and castles, a varied and rich gastronomy, lively festivals,  historical culture,  lots of traditions and much more!

The town of Calonge, located between the sea and the mountains, enjoys great natural wealth and diversity. At its beaches of St. Antoni and Torre Valentina you can enjoy a wide range of water activities (kayaking, diving, scuba diving, surfing, sailing, etc...). Nature lovers can enjoy its famous coastal path along the coast, as well as its beautiful inland paths. In the village of Calonge it is essential to visit its castle built in the 11th century, one of the most imposing fortresses in the area, as well as its old town with its medieval streets.

Calonge has been awarded the Family Tourism Destination seal, granted by the Catalan Tourism Agency.
There are some works in the area for improve the urbanization, this work is a long term job, and It can maybe case some disturbes during your stay.
