The villa is located in the district of Roca Grossa, in the hills of Lloret de Mar. In the area, you can find a big supermarket, the city centre and the sandy beach of Lloret. The well-known seaside resort Lloret de Mar lies on the beautiful coastline of the Costa brava, approximately 30 kilometres south of Girona and 6 kilometres from the authentic Spanish town Tossa de Mar. Lloret de Mar itself is a beloved and well-attended location, that has a lot to offer. A palm beach boulevard, a long and sandy beach where you can practice numerous water sports, an old city centre with cosy and small streets where you can find a lot of different stores and restaurants. But also many nightclubs, tennis courts, horse riding, mini golf, water parks, golf courts and cultural historical sightseeing are part of Lloret.
