The villa has both an indoor and outdoor garage on the same plot. Accommodation of 155 m² comfortable, large and is located in an ideal area for children.

It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, 40 m² of terrace, barbecue, iron, internet access (wifi), balcony, heat pump heating, air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms, private swimming pool, garage in the same building, TV.
The open plan kitchen, made of glass-ceramic, is equipped with refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

The villa is located 3km away from La Fosa / Levante beach, with crystal clear waters and classified as one of the best beaches in Spain with a blue flag, which has a promenade where there are a variety of shops and restaurants, where you can try the typical gastronomy of the town of Calpe.
At 900 metres you will find the salt flats, where you can observe from the viewpoints a great variety of migratory birds, pink flamingos, coots, red-tailed hens, storks, grey herons...(depending on the time of year).

To 3 km is the natural park of the rock of Ifach with 45 hectares and a height of 332 m, to which it is possible to be acceded by a footpath. At its feet we have the cove el Racó where the promenade Prince of Asturias begins with a length of 1km of going and another one turns, skirting part of peñón de Ifach.
