On the other hand, the UPPER FLOOR is composed of two bedrooms with a double bed in each one (one of them has a bathroom en suite with shower), without forgetting a large solarium with mountain views.
EXTERNAL: It disposes of a beautiful outdoor area with private pool 10x5m, outdoor shower and a built-in barbecue to prepare delicious family meals.
LOCATION: Ideal for golf lovers because of its proximity to the Don Cayo Golf Club at 1.3km and located less than 5km from the center of Altea and its beautiful stone beaches.
