On the main floor, pool level, we have a large and cozy living room with stone walls, natural wood beams and a large fireplace. We have a separate kitchen with access to a furnished patio where you can enjoy breakfast. Also a shower room. Upstairs, there's three bedrooms (two with twin beds and one with bunk beds)and bathroom. All these accesible through a warm hall. EXTERIOR: The Villa has a large plot of 2500m2 with palm and olive trees, where we can park our cars without problem. A large covered and uncovered terrace with modern furniture. It has a nice pool with sun loungers and a large deck and BBQ area. LOCATION: Located in Benissa, in a very quiet area, surrounded by acres of beautiful gardens. A 15min drive from the sea and the famous sandy beaches of Calpe. A perfect place to relax in this rustic town.
