Fabulous rustic villa with private swimming pool located in Benissa (Costa Blanca) for 8 people with four bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed across two floors. Large plot with plenty of privacy. INTERIOR: This beautiful villa consists of a spacious living-dining room with SAT/DTT TV on the GROUND FLOOR with access to a covered terrace to enjoy good meals. A spacious kitchen with gas cooker, dishwasher and a room with washing machine. A large bedroom with a double bed and an independent bathroom with shower tray. On the UPPER FLOOR, we find three bedrooms with double beds each and a bathroom with bathtub. EXTERIOR: The villa has a large plot where the 8x4 swimming pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower is located. There is also a brick barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. Parking is available on the same plot for 3-4 vehicles. LOCATION: The villa is located in Benissa in a very quiet area, perfect for those who want to spend relaxing holidays and just a few minutes by car from Calpe. The nearest sandy beach is 8 km away and the closest supermarket (Lidl Benissa) is 800 m from the property. NOTES: Free WiFi. Pets are not allowed.
