From the lounge you have access to the large terrace with a unique view of the sea and Natural Park of Penon de Ifach. EXTERIOR: The fenced grounds consist of approximately 1200 square meters with a nice garden of fruit trees and a great pool with great views of the sea. This villa also has a barbecue area and ample space to park our vehicles. LOCATION: The villa is found in a nice area, only 300m from the club Bassetes and sea.
