LAYOUT: This large nine bedroom villa is set on two floors, connected by an internal staircase. On the first floor there are six bedrooms (one double and all others twins) and four bathrooms. We also find a living room with fitness machines and a pool table. On the main floor there are three bedrooms (one double and two twins) a kitchen with dining area and a courtyard that provides a lot of light to the rooms. EXTERIOR: The house has a large enclosed plot with a beautiful private pool. We are on the seafront and so from every point of the house can enjoy the magnificent views. They have a well maintained garden with lawn, palms and various trees. It has several areas throughout the garden, and two well furnished terraces. We have a paddle tennis court and table tennis. The villa has access to a path trail that runs along the coast of Benissa. LOCATION: Situated in a magnificent position, directly by the sea, above the marina of Les Basetes where you can find a comforrtable restaurant, diving club and a sports club. The famous town of Calpe we have at a 5min drive, where we have all the necessary services. OTHER: Table tennis, paddle tennis court, WIFI INTERNET, AIR CONDITIONING (5 IN BEDROOMS, 1 IN KITCHEN, 1 IN THE LOUNGE AND 1 UPSTAIRS).
