With an area of 90 m2 and all distributed on one floor, we find a living room with an American kitchen with a bar and access to a covered terrace with an outdoor table to eat and dine outside. One bedroom with a double bed and standing fan, a second bedroom with a double bed and standing fan and a room with two single beds. A full bathroom with a bathtub and a courtesy toilet.


Exterior of the villa:

Located in a quiet and ideal residential area for families, and mountain views. To access the plot there is a slope that can be accessed by car or a small flight of stairs. The pool area has hammocks for sunbathing and a built-in shower. The pool is private and has built-in stairs to access its interior. The villa has a built-in barbecue next to the pool area.
Two cars fit inside the enclosure and outdoors. The plot is completely flat which makes it very accessible.
It is 3 km from La Fustera sandy beach, 3 km from the supermarket, 4 km from the city of Calpe, 5 km from the Calpe train station, 9 km from the Ifach Golf course, 79 km from Alicante airport and it is located in an ideal area for families and in a residential complex.
