A bedroom with a double bed and finally a shower bathroom.
EXTERIOR: Beautiful 9x4.5 pool with Roman steps and outdoor shower. There is a brick barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals and parking for 4-5 vehicles on the same plot.
LOCATION: A short distance of 900 m will allow you to access La Fustera sandy beach and 2.5 km to the sandy beach and promenade of Levante beach. Calpe centre is 4.5 km away and the nearest supermarket is 700 m away.
OBSERVATION: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with a supplement.
