An independent fully equipped kitchen with a mixed cooker (gas and electric) and dishwasher. Three spacious bedrooms, two with two single beds each and one with a double bed with an en-suite bathroom with shower. Lastly, there is a bathroom with a bathtub. EXTERIOR: Large enclosed plot with an 8x4 pool with metal ladder and spectacular sea views. A brick barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals and parking for 2-3 vehicles on the same plot. LOCATION: This villa is located just 2 km from the centre of Calpe, as well as supermarkets and restaurants. The sandy beach is accessible within 2.5 km. NOTES: Wifi included.
