Spacious villa for up to 12 people with private pool, just 600m from the beach. The villa is situated in a privileged urbanization ( la Manzanera) close to the main Calpe beach and Town center. Highly Recommended for group of friends or large families who want to enjoy their holidays without using a car, just 10 min walking you arrive to the sandy ( blue flagged) beach, the promenade and all facilities. The villa has several terraces open and closed, and an artificial lawn close pool area. Built on an enclosed plot of 800m, with a living space of 300m on 3 floors . Partial air conditioner and heating throughout the house.
Main floor:access by 3 steps, modern living-dining room with sat-tv and access to the spacious terrace, ideal for your outdoor meals. Large completely equipped kitchen with 2 gas hobs and 2 electric hob ,fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee brewer, dishwasher and cutlery, air conditioner split. Access to the garage from the kitchen, where you have the washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.1 large master bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite with bath, wc and washbasin. There is 1 air conditioner split in the hallway between the bedrooms.
First floor:access by internal 17 steps from the main floor. Spacious bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioner split and access to the solarium where you can enjoy some sea view.
Ground floor: access by 19 steps from the main floor .living-dining room with sat-tv, tdt, 1 air conditioner split and access to the terrace and pool area. Opened kitchen with electric hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge- freezer. 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 Bathroom with bath, shower, wc and washbasin. 1 large bedroom with double bed.
Outdoor:You will enjoy the kidney shaped pool (8x4) with metal steps. For the youngest ones there is zone with artificial lawn. Covered terrace with views over the pool, gas barbecue to enjoy your outdoor meals. There is an outdoor bathroom by the pool with shower, wc and washbasin. The villa has parking space for only 1 car. Outside the property there is space to park the cars.
Distances:just a few m from the villa you will find a walking path which leads you to directly to the beach, 600m. or you can walk by the avenue, 800m to the town center, restaurants and all other facilities.
Extras: pets with a weight until 12 kg are allowed, additional cost:30€/stay. It´s possible to accommodate one more person, additional cost:90€/stay.
