With 204 m², the villa is distributed on three independent floors and connected by external stairs. On the main floor, which is accessed through a flight of stairs, we find a living room with fireplace and ceiling fan, a fully equipped kitchen and connected to a nice covered terrace with a dining table and a nice open view, a Shared bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with a double bed (two single beds joined together in the same bed base) and a portable fan. A second bedroom with two single beds pushed together (which can be separated) and another single bed.
Going through another flight of stairs we access the second floor of the villa with a living room with a sofa and a TV, a kitchen with a dining table, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Going down a third flight of stairs we find the fourth room with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower independent from the rest of the house.

The car can be parked at the door of the house on the same street. The villa has several terraces, a private pool that is accessed by a path with a built-in barbecue area and a dining table, an umbrella and sunbeds for sunbathing.
