The covered terrace has a built-in barbecue to enjoy delicious meals with family or friends. The plot is fully enclosed and has parking for three vehicles in it.

LOCATION: This villa is located in a privileged urbanization, given the tranquility of the area and the proximity to the sea. It is just 300 meters from the nearest sandy beach and 1.1 km from the nearest supermarket and restaurants. The center of Calpe is accessible in 1.4 km as well as all services.
