INTERNAL: This villa consists of the MAIN FLOOR, where we find a large living room with TV-SAT / TDT with access to the covered terrace. An open kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer. A large bedroom with double bed and ceiling fan. One bedroom with double bed, ceiling fan and TV / TDT. A double bed in a open space of the living room with air conditioning. A bathroom with bath and a bathroom with shower.
EXTERNAL: A large, beautiful garden and a 11x5 pool with roman steps and a solar shower are featured. There is parking on the same plot for 2-3 vehicles.
LOCATION: The villa is located in a privileged area called "Cometa", given the calmness of the area and the proximity to the beaches and all restaurants and supermarkets. The villa is located in a dead end street, just 2.4 km from the nearest supermarket and 3.3 km from the nearest beach, restaurants and the center of Calpe.
REMARKS: Free WiFi. Pets are not allowed.
