Beautiful rustic villa for 10 people with private swimming pool located in Benissa. The villa is situated in a very quiet area at about 500m from the village of Benissa, restaurants and supermarkets. This villa is ideal for the families who want to spend a quiet holiday. Benissa is a very peaceful village with a nice old town and at only 10 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of Calpe. Large plot of 8000 m2 partially enclosed with a garden on different level with grass, trees and a lot of plants.

The living area is about 300 m2 and is divided on 2 floors. Main floor: large living-dining room with TV by satellite/tdt, internet wi-fi and a large kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hobs, dishwasher, micro wave, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, oven, toaster and ustensils for the kitchen. Large dining room with partial views to the sea and the Peñon de Ifach and air conditioner.1 small room with a washing machine. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin, en suite. 1 st floor (access by internal stairs) 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and air conditioner. 1 large bedroom with a double bed and air conditioner. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin.

Outdoor: you will enjoy the large swimming pool 12x6 with roman and metallic stairs, large terrace for sunbathing, covered barbeque area with portable barbeque, external shower. Short distance to the centre of Benissa (0,5 km), supermarket (0,5 km) sand beach (beach and Promenade of Calpe 9,5 km) parking space on the plot for 4-5 cars.
