The villa extends over one level and therefore it is ideal for people with limited mobility. Outside you can enjoy the private swimming pool, barbecue and several terraces, which are partly covered. Inside there is a large living and dining area with modern furniture.
The villa has a fully enclosed plot of 850 square meters approximately, and a total floor space of 250 square meters: the entire house has air conditioning and heating, and also Internet / Wifi.

Distances: the center of Calpe, supermarkets and restaurants are 500 meters away. In just 1.2 km away you can reach by a broad road the main beach of Calpe “arena bol” with blue flag, with its beach promenade, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The sports center and the tennis court are 800 meters from the villa.
Extras: Pets with a weight until 12 kg are allowed with a payment of 30 € per stay. It is possible to add one more person, additional cost: 90 € per stay.
