Lower floor: Closed and uninhabited during the stay of our clients. Here is a garage and the washing machine.

Main floor: (access via 16 steps) large covered terrace with sea views and access to the living and dining room with TV TDT / SAT . Open kitchen fully equipped with electric stove, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and cooking utensils. A bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and bathroom en suite with bath, washbasin and toilet. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and air conditioning. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Outside: Here you can enjoy your vacation on the terrace, and the quadrangular pool 9 x 4 meters with roman steps and outside shower. On the barbecue you can prepare food outdoors and enjoy it under the roofed terrace in the shade with seaview. Parking for 2 vehicles.

Over a short distance you can reach the center of Calpe (1,6 km) and the sandy beach Arena-Bol (2,3 km) and the nearest large supermarket (1,9 km).

Extras: It`s possible to accommodate one more person with an extra cost. Pets are allowed, surcharge € 40 per stay.
