Holiday villa with private pool, just 600 m far from sandbeach, located in Calpe, for up to 11 people. This villa is ideal for large groups or families, who don’t want to use the car during their holidays. This villa is situated in the Marivilla area, it’s a quiet residential urbanisation, which has a beautiful cute sandbeach “puerto blanco”, with different restaurants, marina and a tennis club. Outside the villa, there is a rectangular pool and comfortable exterior sofas for relaxing. The villa has an enclosed plot of 500 m² aprox. And a living space of approx. 200 m² aprox. On 2 independent floors and 1 separate apartment.

Main floor: (Access by external stairs) Large living-dinning-room with modern sofas, digital tv /sat, and direct access to the covered terrace where you can enjoy stunning sea views. 1 bedroom with toilet and wash basin. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee machine, kitchen accessories (cutlery etc) and direct access to covered terrace you will enjoy a beatiful seaview. 1 large bedroom for capacity of 3 people, with a double bed and a single bed and access to the covered terrace. 1 bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin en suite. 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bath en suite toilet and washbasin. The third bedroom consists of a separate apartment, which is on the same level as the main floor, and on the same plot, composed by 2 single bed, 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin en suite .

Ground floor: this floor is completely independent from main floor, with access by external spiral staircase of 15 steps. This floor has 2 bedrooms. 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom en suite with shower, WC and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with bathroom en suite with shower, wc and washbasin.

Exterior: Large pool (8x4,5) with built-in stairs and metallic stairs. 1 external shower. Around the pool , you will relax in the outdoor sofas or one of the 6 sun loungers and parasol. At the terrace at ground-level you can make a barbecue ( portable bbq). There are 2-3 open parking places in the exterior of the plot.

Distances: Just 600m far to the famous sandy beach of "Puerto Blanco”, restaurants, marina and tennis club. Only 5 minutes-drive to the town center of Calpe (2,7 km). Largest sandy beach of Calpe (Arenal-Bol, awarded with blue flag ) at 3.2 km

Extras: Pets are allowed with a weight until 12 kg, additional cost: 40 € for the whole stay. extra is possible paying an extra cost of 84€ per Week and Person
