LAYOUT: This villa is divided into two separate independent apartments, each house is distributed over two floors connected by an internal staircase. On each house there's a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the Rock of Ifach. Both floors have a fully equipped american kitchen and a large living room. The only difference in these two houses are the bedrooms, on one floor there is two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and on the other we have a bedroom (twin) and a shower room. EXTERIOR: We enter the grounds by an automatic sliding door, were there's space to park two cars. We have a well maintained garden with palms and trees. In the front of the house, the pool terrace with hammocks and two barbecues. In addition, each home has a covered furnished terrace. LOCATION: Located in a quiet area of the famous village of Calpe. A 5 min drive of its town center and its sandy beaches. OTHER: Air conditioning in the main bedrooms and lounges.
