LAYOUT: This is a two floor villa, although only the upper floor is open for rentals.There is three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with bunk beds) and two bathrooms (one en suite with shower and one separate bathroom). We have a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. It has a spacious living room from which we can access to the covered terrace and the garden. OUTSIDE: There is a covered furnished terrace on w ich to enjoy your meals. It has two barbecues, a portable gas one and a charcoal one. It has a fenced pool so it can not be accessed by children and animals. The plot has two entrances, one with covered parking and one open car park. LOCATION: Situated in an excellent location, just steps from the sea, the beach and all amenities. Quiet and well located, perfect for our vacation. Near the sandy beach of La Fosa where you can find many restaurants and bars.
