INTERNAL: This villa consists of the GROUND FLOOR, which has a living-dining room with air conditioning. A fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. A bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom with bath en suite. Two bedrooms with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. On the UPPER FLOOR we find a large bedroom with double bed, a sitting area and a bathroom with shower.

EXTERNAL: Beautiful 8x4 pool with roman steps and a built-in barbecue. On the same property there is parking for 4 vehicles.

LOCATION: This villa is located in a privileged urbanization called "Garduix", near the beaches and the town center of Calpe. The nearest restaurants and supermarkets are 1.3 km away. The sandy beach is 1.8 km away.

REMARKS: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed with an extra cost.
