Distribution of the villa:

With 382 m². and facing south, the peculiarity of this villa is that its 16 guests can stay together in the same three-storey house connected by an internal staircase. The ground floor which is at street level, there is an air-conditioned dining room and an open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, the second bedroom has two single beds, the third bedroom has two single beds and the fourth bedroom has a double bed. Going up an internal staircase we reach the second floor where we find a fully equipped kitchen with access to a terrace with a dining table outside, an air-conditioned living room with access to two terraces. A bathroom with shower, a fifth room with two single beds and a sixth room with a double bed and air conditioning.
On the third floor and up the same internal staircase, you have a room with a double bed with a terrace and air conditioning. Finally we find a room with two single beds and air conditioning (only cold, there is no heat pump in this bedroom).

Exterior of the villa: With a plot of 800 m2

The plot has an automatic gate and the capacity to park several cars inside (8 cars approx). The pool is on one side of the villa and measures 9/4 with built-in stairs to access its interior, a hammock area and an outdoor shower. In the back and next to the pool you will find a built-in barbecue with a table for lunch and dinner outside and where you can experience unique moments with your family or friends.
It is located in a residential area, quiet and close to the town of Calpe with all its services.
