Regarding the three bedrooms, the house consists of a double bedroom with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with bath, a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning and another bedroom with a double bed. In addition, it has an independent bathroom with shower.
EXTERNAL: The villa has a pleasant outdoor area with comfortable furniture for both relaxing in the shade and enjoying the sun. The area of the kidney-shaped pool (8x4) has an outdoor shower and a ideal space to enjoy a delicious barbecue. Parking space for 2 cars.
LOCATION: Just 2km away from the villa you will find the beautiful Cala de l'Andragó, where you could taste a delicious meal or have a refreshing drink in any of its restaurants. Also, the nearest supermarket is only 2.5km away, as well as Moraira town centre with all its services and attractions.
