Beautiful holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 14 people, with seven bedrooms and four bathrooms distributed on two independent floors connected by external stairs. The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in the hallway on both floors.
INTERIOR: This spacious villa is composed of the GROUND FLOOR consists of a spacious living room with TV. An open kitchen with hob and washing machine. One bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms with shower each. The UPPER FLOOR consists of a living room with TV SAT/TDT with direct access to the terrace and the pool. A large independent kitchen fully equipped with hob and dishwasher. Three bedrooms with two single beds each. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower en suite. Finally there is a bathroom with a separate bathtub.
EXTERIOR: There is a large terrace with an 8x4 pool with Roman stairs. The pool area is surrounded by grass and fenced for the safety of children. It also has a barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. The plot is completely closed and has parking for three vehicles in it.
LOCATION: It highlights its excellent situation, since on foot, you can access the sandy beach and all shops. It is only 1.2 km from the nearest supermarket, as well as restaurants. The center of Calpe is 1.5 km away and the sandy beach is 1.7 km away.
