Modern villa with stunning sea views. The villa is set in an enviable position of Calpe coast, in the resort of  Maryvilla, just 200 m far from sea , for up to 6 people. This wonderful villa offers a unsurpassable panoramic sea view and view to the coast of Calpe. Located on a hill, the villa offers many terraces on several levels, some of them with lawn ideal for relaxing. Enjoy the large solarium you will feel you are in the sea, ideal for a sunbath and make barbecues. On this higher level there are also areas with lawn and an external shower. From the solarium, there is an access to a view point you will enjoy the fabulous sea view to Calpe bay and peñon de ifach. This villa is built over a small mountain of 800 m², divided in several terraces. It has a living space of 150 m² on several levels.
Main floor: (access by external staircase), large living dining room with modern and comfortable sofas, where you can relax and at the same time enjoy the panoramic sea views, access to the pool.  There is a sat-tv and tdt. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. Large and completely equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and all the necessary cookware.
Upper floor: (access by internal staircase). On this level there are all the bedrooms. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and access to a small terrace with seaviews. 1 bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin. 1 large bedroom with double bed, where you can wake up enjoying the sea view  with bathroom en suite with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds.
External: Extraordinary infinity pool, rectangular, 7 m long. On the wide side 3 m on the narrow side  1,40 m. Built-in stairs and lawn beside the pool. You can enjoy the terraces on several levels, make barbecues or have a sunbath in the sunloungers (4).
Distances: This villa is just to 200 m from the sea. A short walk leads you to the famous sandy beach  “puerto blanco” with the quality award “bandera azul” (1,2 km). Restaurants and tennis club only 600 m.  Just 2,8 km to the large sandbeach “playa Arenal Bol” with promenade. To the town centre Calpe only 2 km. On the plot there is space for 1 car with normal size, but is recommended to park in the exterior of the villa, which are space for 1-2 cars.
