It the just the ground floor that is for rent. (The upper floor is closed, inhabited and no for rent). Under the arches from the covered terrace is a large opened kitchen with dining area and direct access to the pool and garden area. Inside we find a small living room, two doble bedrooms ans a shower room. There is air conditionning in the main bedroom. Garden and pool for the exclusive use of the tenants.
