Nice villa with capacity for 6 people. It is located on 600m2 land just 200m from the beach and 8km from Denia city center. The chalet is fully fenced and has covered parking for one vehicle. The kidney-shaped pool is 8mx4m with a Roman staircase with a maximum depth of 2.20m and a minimum depth of 1m. The house has garden furniture for the use and enjoyment of the client.
Once inside the house we find a spacious living room with direct access to the terrace, has a TV-SAT and air conditioning. The independent kitchen has all the comforts: dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, nespresso coffee machine and fridge with freezer. The house has 4 double rooms, all of them with air conditioning and one of the rooms is located on the top floor with a suite bathroom. On the main floor we find a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet.
On the upper terrace we can enjoy wonderful views of the sea located just 200m.
There is a small supermarket 200m away and a bigger one is 3km away.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
