De villa ligt ver afgelegen van het dorp. Het is gunstig een auto te hebben. De afstanden die erbij beschreven staan komen niet overheen met onze ervaring.

Beautiful house divided in two floors on a fenced plot of 600m2 with well-tended lawn/garden, palm trees, bushes etc. In the center of the garden is the 8x4m swimming pool with roman steps, an outdoor shower, barbecue and terrace.
The main floor of the house, which is accessed by an exterior staircase, is divided as follows: from the entrance you reach the two bedrooms, two double bedrooms, one of them with bathroom en-suite. There is another bathroom with shower. The living/dining room has TV / SAT, stereo, fireplace and an exit to the furnished covered terrace with garden and pool views. The modern open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a ceramic hob and a large fridge with freezer, there is an entrance with access to a terrace with beautiful views to the Montgo. The bedrooms and the living/dining room have air conditioning (see price list).
The ground floor is divided in a living/dining room with TV / SAT and stereo, a kitchenette with a ceramic hob, an oven and a large fridge with freezer, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower as well as a washing machine. All beds are 90 cm.
There is place for park the car in the same street, the garage is not available. The house is 1,3km from the city center (downtown), supermarkets 700m away, bars / restaurants 2km away and the beach 3km away. A car is recommended. Pets are not allowed.
