Cozy holiday house for a maximum of 6 people, located in a quiet residential area at the beginning of the Montgo mountain, in Denia, Costa Blanca.
El Corazon is a small holiday home without stairs and surrounded by pine trees and Mediterranean vegetation. It offers a private pool and beautiful views of the sea, the surroundings and the Montgo mountain. The holiday home has been recently renovated and has all the essential facilities, such as a modern kitchen, air conditioning, internet, etc. The pool terrace offers sunbeds and a wonderful quiet atmosphere with plenty of sun to relax and enjoy the holiday with family and friends. There is also a pool protection for small children which can be installed.
The sandy beaches of Denia, Las Marinas or Marineta Cassiana, can be reached in 5 minutes by car, as well as the center of Denia, and many shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

Please note that for this accommodation a security deposit of € 500,00 is required.
