The villa is located on a large plot of land with palm trees, cacti, oleanders, olive trees, and pistachio trees and can be reached through a few steps. These lead to the main entrance and the large solarium terrace with an outdoor shower and the 8x4 meter pool. Again, the views are fantastic. It has 2 bedrooms on the main floor, a bathroom, an open-concept kitchen with dining area, and a living room integrated with a fireplace. Through the patio door of the living room, you can access the large sun and shade terrace. Here you will find a comfortable resting corner where you can once again enjoy these impressive views. Located through an exterior staircase, we access the studio that has a vestibule with access to the bedroom and bathroom. Here is the fantastic view once again! You can walk to bars and shops, but a car is recommended due to the mountain slopes.
