The large private pool (10 x 5 m), surrounded by a spacious terrace is ideal for swimming and relaxing on hot summer days. The adjacent terrace with bar and dining area gives, with big awnings pleasant shade, and offers direct access to the modern kitchen on the lower floor. Here in summer you can enjoy easily outdoor living, cooking, eating, and be comfortably together.
Las Rotas is one of the most famous and requested residential areas in Denia, not least because of its nature and its proximity to the natural stone beaches are among divers and water sports enthusiasts very well known.
