The magnificent Villa Maya is situated on the hill above the center of Denia with stunning views of the sea, the castle and the whole town.
The house can be rented for up to 10 people and is splitted into 2 independent floors. The impressive massif of the Montgo is at the back of the house. In just 5 minutes by car you can reach the center of Denia. The marina and the port in 10 minutes by car, as well as the multitude of sandy beaches of Denia.

The holiday villa with private pool is furnished personally and with attention to detail. A very special highlight is the oriental chill-out lounge, with comfortable sofas and a wonderful view of the Bay of Denia. Here the holiday can start with a nice glass of wine enjoying the sunset over Denia! Various terraces with sun loungers and seating also offer bigger groups enough space and retreat options to relax and enjoy the Spanish siesta. Another highlight is the huge grill station. The space around the grill station with the chill-out lounge is the perfect summer spot for barbecues and relaxing time with family and friends.

The house consists of 2 floors, each with an extra entrance. On the upper floor is the main apartment and access to the pool area. On the lower floor there are 2 more bedrooms, living area and bathroom. All modern kitchen appliances, fiber optic internet connection and fans in all bedrooms are included.
