Holiday house next to the mountain of Dénia with beautiful panoramic views of the city, the port and the sea. The house The garden consists of palm trees, cacti and other varied plants. From the covered parking you can reach the main entrance of the house via some steps, with a living-dining room with TV and air conditioning throughout the accommodation. There are two double bedrooms with air conditioning.
The independent kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes / cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster.
The living room has an exit to the glazed furnished terrace, from which you can enjoy the wonderful views of the sea.
Leaving the house and going down some steps we find the pool, located next to a terrace and a barbecue (according to municipal ordinance, barbecue with fire cannot be used from June 1 to October 15).
Distance to Denia 3.5km, to the beach 3km, bars / restaurants at 2km and supermarkets at 2.6km. Car is needed.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
