Holiday home near the mountain of Dénia with beautiful panoramic views of the city, the port, and the sea. The garden consists of palm trees, cacti, and various other plants. From the covered parking area, you reach the main entrance of the house through a few steps, with a living-dining room with TV and air conditioning throughout the accommodation. There are two double bedrooms with air conditioning. The independent kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, and toaster. The living room has an exit to the glazed and furnished terrace, from which you can enjoy the stunning sea views. Leaving the house and going down a few steps, we find the pool, located next to a terrace and a barbecue (according to municipal ordinance, barbecue with fire cannot be used from June 1st to October 15th). Distance to Dénia 3.5km, to the beach 3km, bars/restaurants 2km and supermarkets 2.6km away. A car is needed. Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
