Lovely private estate with 3000m2 of land just 3 km from the beach.
The estate boasts a large green lawn area, orange trees, lemon trees and a wide variety of plants. The pool is 5x10m with a Roman steps and an outdoor shower and toilet, and a covered barbecue area with a small fridge.
The house, decorated in a stylish manner and recently renovated, has three double bedrooms, two of which have their own bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The third bedroom has a fully renovated bathroom opposite. All three bedrooms have air conditioning. The living room has satellite TV and access to a covered terrace. The villa has pellet heating and also has a wood-burning fireplace to warm the colder months. The independent kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster... everything you need for cooking.
As for parking, the estate has two covered parking spaces on the plot.
The distance to bars/restaurants and shopping opportunities is 1km, to the centre of Denia 2km.
Wifi available. Pets are allowed.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October 1st to April 30th for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of Gas are not included and will be paid according to the agency\'s conditions.
Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.
