The villa is situated in a residential beach area, close to restaurants and bars and directly on the sandy beach of Las Marinaswith direct access to it. Denia center is only 1,5 km away and can be reached by 15 minutes walk or in 5 minutes by car. The bus station is very nearby just opposite side of the main road Carretera Las Marinas.
