The large sliding windows have views of the pool and the mountain. The doors open onto the terrace where you can enjoy an outdoor dinner. From the terrace, some stairs lead to the 8x4m pool and the barbecue area with a gas barbecue. The 2 double bedrooms have air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. Both rooms have 2 single beds each, which can be joined if necessary. There are 2 bathrooms, both with showers. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. There is a washing machine and a drying area. The 800m2 plot is fully fenced. Parking for a small car within the plot. You can also park on the street right in front of the property without any problem as it is a very quiet street. One of the access points to the nature park trails is 8 minutes (less than 1km) on foot from the house. Distance to the sea 4 km, to the town 3 km, bars/restaurants 2 km. A car is recommended. Pets are allowed upon request. The cost of gas for heating is not included in the price.
