This wonderful beachfront villa is located in the exclusive area of Las Rotas.
In front of the house there is a beautiful walk that runs along the southern coast of the city of Denia, highly valued for its unique coves and enclaves.
The villa in Denia has 3 bedrooms and has a capacity for 5 people.
The garden of the house is very spacious, and has grassy areas as well as others with soil, for the convenience of our clients. The pool is covered (not heated).
Upon entering the house we find the living / dining room, this has large windows that overlook the sea. It also has a fireplace, which makes it very cozy in the winter months. It also has hot / cold air conditioning throughout the accommodation (except for one of the rooms). Next to it is the kitchen, equipped with everything you need, electric hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, utensils / kitchen, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
Following the corridor we find one of the bathrooms, as the house has two full bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite, and a bathroom with a sink and toilet en suite as well.
Next to it is the first of the rooms with a single bed, in front of it one with a double bed and just at the end of the corridor another double.
In general terms, the house has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, private pool, garage and parking in the same building.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
