In one of the most beautiful areas of Denia, this villa is located with views of the sea and the mountain and just 7.5 km from the beach. The two-story house is located in a residential area, quiet and far from all the hustle and bustle we find in summer. The plot is 880 m² and 170 m² habitable. The different terraces of the house provide both sunny and shaded areas. The large 11mx4m swimming pool is located right in front of the main terrace where you can enjoy fantastic dinners with wonderful views. On the ground floor of the house, we find a spacious living room with an impressive height of almost 5 meters to the ceiling. The open kitchen is separated by a small step that creates a distinct environment. The kitchen has all the facilities to do a good job in the kitchen. We find in it an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster... We found two double rooms, both with air conditioning on the ground floor. The main room has a 1.50m bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring a whirlpool bathtub and shower. The second double room has the bathroom with shower right in front of the room. Both rooms have large wardrobes. The third room is on the first floor, accessible from the outside. The double room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a south-facing terrace. The villa has a washing machine. Available internet. Pets are not allowed. Supermarkets are located just 4km away, as well as restaurants. The city center is 5km from the house. According to municipal ordinance, barbecues with fire cannot be used from June 1st to October 15th. Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.
