Villa SeaEsta, a cozy beach house with private swimming pool is available for holiday rental for 8-9 people. Make yourself feel at home in this comfortable newly renovated villa of which the chic beach style will attract you. Located on one of the stunning beaches of Denia, called Playa Deveses at the Costa Blanca.
From the villa, walk 30m on a footpath (no road to cross) and enjoy a natural, sandy beach, awarded with the EU Blue Flag, where tranquility reigns in a cool, family & sporty environment.

Nicely furnished beach house build on one floor ideally equipped for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Only 3 steps separates the terrace from the villa. An access gateway is also available allowing persons having difficulties with steps to enter easily in the house. The holiday villa has 4 bedrooms with beds for 9 persons and 2 bathrooms. Villa SeaEsta offers all modern facilities such as air conditioning (extra charge), free high speed internet access, TV LED ultra HD 4K and satellite connection. The kitchen is super equipped, functional and of high quality. The large private swimming pool 10x5m is equipped with an electric cover protecting children from falling in the pool. The pool area, garden and terrace are equipped with lovely sun beds, chairs and tables. A chill out zone with big gas barbecue and dining area, invites you for comfortable grill evenings and al fresco dining or relaxing.

Villa SeaEsta is surrounded by a garden which is completely fenced. Secure private parking for 2 to 3 cars with access through electric gate. SeaEsta is also suitable in the low season or winter with its fantastic fireplace and hot & cold air conditioning in all rooms.

Important to know about Villa Seaesta - the house has been recently rebuilt. The outside area has not been totally finished when we took the pictures, for this reason there is no real garden existing. The ground is covered by plastic.
