Private holiday home 100 metres from the beach with its own garden and direct access to the communal pool. The villa is located in the Puerto Azul development, a small and very quiet residential complex. The house has a living room with air conditioning and a fireplace, satellite TV with access to the glazed covered terrace. The modern open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, filter coffee machine (Silvercrest), kettle and fridge-freezer. Next to the kitchen are the two bedrooms, a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, both with mosquito nets. The air conditioning is located in the hallway in an ideal position that reaches both bedrooms. Opposite the bedrooms is a bathroom with a shower. There is a furnished covered terrace with a barbecue. It has a private parking space in front of the house. Distance to the beach 100m, shopping and bars/restaurants in the vicinity and 5km to the centre of Denia. Electricity and gas (if any) are included from June to September. From 1 October to 30 April, for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of gas are not included and will be paid according to the agency\'s conditions.
