Lovely chalet with a fenced garden of 800m2 of land with a large grassy area. The kidney-shaped swimming pool is 8m x 4m with a Roman steps and an outdoor shower. A pleasant barbecue area awaits us in the shade to enjoy the summer days. The house is divided into two floors and is available for 4 or 6 people. Covered parking for two vehicles from where you access through a staircase to the interior of the main house which forms two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other room with two single beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. On the same floor there is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The American kitchen has all the amenities such as oven, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer and ceramic hob. The living room with satellite TV and stereo opens onto a glazed terrace where the dining area is located with views of the pool and garden. The external staircase takes us to the ground floor of the house where there is a study with a double bedroom with a double bed with a ceiling fan and a bathroom with a shower. At the entrance of the study there is a small covered terrace with views of the garden and the pool. The rental of the house for 4 people, the study will remain closed. The distance to the sandy beach is 4 km, to the city centre 5 km, to restaurants 2 km and to supermarkets 3 km. A vehicle is recommended Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September. From October 1 to April 30 for stays of more than one month, the cost per kWh consumed and the cost of Gas are not included and will be paid according to the agency\'s conditions.
